2025 Camping Site Maps: for Group Coordinators

Blog

2 minutes minute read

Find your church's camping site at Newday 2025. Please take a careful look at the information, as we have made some changes to the site for this year.

Camping with another church?
If you told us you were sharing facilities with another church we have given you one large plot between you as groups. We have tried our best to match up everyone who has asked to be next to/near each other.

Marquees
We asked you to provide the dimensions of your marquee so that we could help by allocating a plot to fit it efficiently. We've suggested a location for your marquee on your church's map, but if it works better in another location in the vicinity of the suggestion, that's fine (so long as you follow all the other guidance for laying out your plot) but please ensure you do not move it away from the electricity symbol if you have booked electrics. More details in the Site Layout Information document.

Guidance for laying out your site
Please read the Site Layout Information document before starting to plan your plot. It contains important guidance for laying out your plot safely and efficiently.

Download your map

1) Take a look at the allocation list to find out which sector you'll be camping on.

2) Take a look at the site overview map to see where you are camping in relation to everything else.

3) Take a look at your zone map which will give you the context of where your plot is in relation to the coloured camping zone:

4) Now download the map of your sector:
