The Newday Youth Leaders Retreat 2026 is an intentional time to gather, be refreshed, and be reignited as leaders of the next generation.
We're gathering at the lovely King's Park Conference Centre in Northampton. You're free to arrive from 5pm on Friday 6 November to get settled into your room - for key info, and the full programme, scroll down!

A MUCH NEEDED BREAK
Jesus knew that taking time to retreat empowered his mission - so, we really encourage your team to join us as we focus on The Holy Spirit, The Big Picture, and plenty of breakout sessions and opportunities to rest. Enjoy meeting others, with all accommodation, food, drinks, and activities taken care of!
Many of our Newday team have served or continue to serve as youth leaders, professionals in schools, counsellors, and parents of teens. We understand the importance of placing God's power (instead of our own) at the centre of this amazing privilege.
We are convinced that healthy, refreshed, and Spirit-filled leaders will go back and lead vibrant, Spirit-filled young people. This retreat is more than just an event — it is an investment in the leaders who carry the flame into the next generation.
Booking In
Accommodation & Food
Your ticket to the retreat includes en-suite accommodation in a shared, twin, room. We will allocate rooms according to church group. Towels and bedding are provided.
Meals and refreshments are included for the duration of the event: starting with dinner on Friday night and ending with lunch on Sunday. There will be tea, coffee and light refreshments available in between sessions.
Please note
You should expect to share a bedroom. Let us know if you have a preference on sharing and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Price
Ticket prices are based on the cost of using the conference centre and have been subsidised by Newday. We have done everything we can to get the cost down as much as possible, including a group discount!

Programme
We've created a schedule that allows plenty of time to get to know the Holy Spirit, get to know one another, and get to know yourselves. Sessions include preaches focused on the person of the Holy Spirit and 'The Bigger Picture', while Retreat sessions allow time to reflect and meditate on our own stories and what God may be saying. Take time to gather at the fire pit (it is Bonfire weekend after all!) or take a walk with friends through the grounds. Our seminar sessions are times of practical and spiritual equipping, led by fantastic guests. Plus we'll have plenty of free and social time.

Other Things To Note
There’s no provision for children at the retreat, sorry.
There is no non-residential option, or option to attend without meal provision. If you have dietary requirements, please indicate this when booking.
There will be a bookshop at the event selling targeted and helpful resources, they will accept card payments.
King's Park is strictly an alcohol-free venue, so please do not bring alcohol with you, as their team reserve the right to remove people found in posession of this.
