Leaders' Retreat

Friday 8-Sunday 10 November 2024

We are excited to be gathering Youth Leaders from around the UK for our 2024 Youth Culture Leaders' Retreat.

The aim for the weekend is exactly that: retreat. A space to pause from the busyness of Youth Work and spend some time being refreshed in the presence of God: with the hopes of leaving the Retreat ready to go again! Accomodation, meals and refreshments are provided for the duration of the Retreat: so you don't need to worry about a thing! Just bring yourself and come expectant for what God will do.

We're gathering at the lovely King's Park Conference Centre in Northampton. You're free to arrive from 5pm on Friday 8 November to get settled into your room, followed by dinner and an evening session together. We will finish with lunch altogether on Sunday 10 November before heading off, leaving site by 2pm.

Spaces at the event are limited, so book as soon as possible to avoid missing out!

Attendees of the retreat will also receive a FREE TICKET to our Youth Culture Conference on 1 Feb 2025 at Westminster Chapel in London.

Accommodation & Food

Your ticket to the retreat includes en-suite accommodation in a shared, twin, room. We will allocate rooms according to church group. Towels and bedding are provided.

Meals and refreshments are included for the duration of the event: starting with dinner on Friday night and ending with lunch on Sunday. There will be tea, coffee and light refreshments available in between sessions.

Please note

You should expect to share a bedroom. Let us know if you have a preference on sharing and we will do our best to accommodate this.

    Price

Ticket prices are based on the cost of using the conference centre and have been subsidised by Newday. We have done everything we can to get the cost down as much as possible.

Tickets cost £200 (Early Bird) and will rise to £220 on 1 September 2024 (if there are any left!)

    Other Things To Note

There’s no provision for children at the retreat, sorry.

There is no non-residential option, or option to attend without meal provision. If you have dietary requirements, please indicate this when booking.

There will be a bookshop at the event selling targeted and helpful resources, they will accept card payments.

King's Park is strictly an alcohol-free venue, so please do not bring alcohol with you, as their team reserve the right to remove people found in posession of this.
