Turning 19 by the end of August 2026? Are you ready to make your summer ‘26 count? For 7–10 powerful days, our first Newday Pioneer Team is heading to the Middle East, to Antakya (Southeast Türkiye) where we will be serving the communities rebuilding after the devastating earthquake.

You’ll be hands-on in bringing hope, support, and practical help to those who need it most, as well as experiencing some of the rich history, culture & of course food Antakya has to offer — and you won’t be doing it alone.

This is more than just a ‘summer trip’. It’s a transformative adventure, and a chance to pioneer and invest in something bigger than yourself.

A rough guide to what we will do during the 10 days:

• Visiting İstanbul for 2 days, Hagia Sofia and exploring some of the rich history and culture there.

• In Antakya then we will look to really sense Gods heart for the people of the city, see the needs and hear more of what is being done, including spending time with the church plant, and really have a chance to roll your sleeves up and serve.

  • Meal with ministry team in Antakya & evening worship night.

  • Visit city centre - Antakya centre including one of worlds oldest churches)

  • Helping to lead a youth program for week.

  • Practically serving on our camp and with local needs.

  • Helping with our hugely fruitful women’s gatherings & support for children’s ministry.

• Return to UK (via İstanbul).
