Here are some of the important details about booking into Newday that you should be aware of:

Price breaks

The cost of coming to Newday increases incrementally as the event approaches – so book early! Prices increase at midnight GMT on the dates given, as shown in the table below:

Refunds and Cancellations

We hope you won't want to cancel your booking. However, in the unfortunate event that you need to do so, we will refund your booking fee on request, less a £15 administration charge. (Please note, however, that this only applies until 1 June.) Alternatively you are welcome to let someone else take your booking if you wish. Simply amend the booking by logging in using the link and password in your booking confirmation email and editing the delegate's details.

Cancellations after 1 June
Bookings cancelled after 1 June may be entitled to a refund under certain circumstances, as described within the terms of the Newfrontiers Cancellation Fund. Should you believe you have an eligible claim, please apply by post using the Newfrontiers Cancellation Fund application form.

Refunds
If you amend your booking from, say, a delegate to a server, we will refund the excess booking fees without penalty, right up to the event. All other refunds will incur a £15 administration charge. Refunds are made to the original payment card via RBS WorldPay.
