Book online

All booking for Newday is online, whether you wish to come as a delegate or an event server. Our booking system will take you swiftly through the steps needed to book your place, taking payment by debit or credit card via RBS WorldPay. You'll find links to the online booking system smattered across this website!

Your church group

Because we require delegates to come to Newday as part of a church group, the first thing we ask when you book is to select your church from a dropdown list. This ensures you're allocated camping space with the correct church group. If you're from a church outside the UK, please make sure you book with the church with whom you'll be camping, if that's different from your own. Our database includes all Newfrontiers churches, plus other churches who have recently attended Newday. If you can't find yours in the list, this isn't a problem – you'll be asked to give us a few details so we can add your church to our database. This should only take a few moments, and you'll still be able to continue booking your place. We'll then contact your church leaders to make sure they are happy with the arrangements for your church group at Newday.

Group Coordinators' booking

Group Coordinators need to book their own discounted place via the Coordinators' Office. Log in for full details – we've emailed church elders with the info you'll need.

Block bookings – to enable you to book early and save

We’re once again making a facility available for churches to book and pay for a number of delegates at once, without initially having to input names and dates of birth. So if you know how many you expect to bring to Newday but don’t know exactly who at this stage, you can use this facility to book before the price break increase to get the lowest delegate prices. This facility is only available to Group Coordinators via the Coordinators’ Office.

Pay for larger bookings by cheque

We're able to offer a cheque payment facility, for Group Coordinators only, to ease the strain on your plastic. You'll find full details in the Coordinators' Office.

Recruited to serve?

If you've been asked to serve with a particular team at Newday 2010, your team leader will have given you a recruitment code, which you'll need to enter in the appropriate section when you book. This will ensure we allocate you to the right team and that you're charged correctly.

Supporting your church group?

There are hundreds of adults who come to Newday to support their church group, whether by catering for the masses or simply acting as a responsible adult. No matter in what capacity you're coming to the event, you must book in via our online booking system, and include all those you'll be bringing (babies and young children included).

Payment deadlines

Payment for all bookings needs to be made at the time of booking (or within 7 working days when paying by cheque via the Coordinators’ Office). Please make sure you pay promptly. Money is tight for all of us at the moment and we will unfortunately have to cancel your booking if you don’t pay in time. We’re sorry, but we’re not able to offer a deposit or staggered payment scheme.
